Category B – Limited Company
Limited companies may be limited by shares or by guarantee. The former may be further divided in public companies and private companies. General rule of thumb 11 - 50 employees.
Category C – Medium Sized Enterprise
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are made up of enterprises which employ 51 – 100 employees whether indirect or direct.
Category D – Corporate Membership
A large enterprise is an enterprise with 100+ employees.
